If your Trademark Is Objected by Trademark Office, the same needs to be replied with a proper Trademark Objection Reply within 30 days.
What documents are needed for objection hearing?
At the time of the trademark hearing you need to submit following documents.
- Trademark Examination Copy
- Authorisation Letter
- Trademark Reply Copy
- User Affidavit (Claiming user date)
- Evidence to prove continuous user of the trademark
You need to strictly upload the above documents before attending the hearing.
Trademark Objection Process
- Simplest form filling: You have to fill the form regarding the TM objection.
- Objection submission: We will maintain the required objection and file it with Registrar office .it will take 4 working days to complete. And you get TMR number
- Work completed: Once, the objection is filed, acknowledgment slip of same shall be sent.
